How does the free trial work?
A one-time 5-day free trial starts the moment you first launch the app. All Pro features are unlocked during the trial, with no charge until it ends.
How do I unlock Pro?
After the trial ends, unlock all professional features with a single one-time In-App Purchase. There's no subscription — you pay once and keep it.
How do I restore my purchase on a new device?
Open the app's settings and tap "Restore Purchases." As long as you're signed in with the same Apple Account used for the original purchase, your Pro unlock will be restored for free.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds follow Apple's App Store refund policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com — we're unable to issue refunds for App Store transactions directly.
Why isn't macro focus working on my iPhone?
Macro Camera Pro works on any iPhone running iOS 18 or later — the manual focus slider, Focus Lock, Focus Assist peaking, Soft Light and the hardware shutter all work on every supported model. True close-up macro at about 2 cm needs the autofocus Ultra-Wide lens on iPhone 13 Pro and later; on other Ultra-Wide models the closest sharp focus is around 10 cm, so ease back a little and your shot will snap sharp.
How do I get the sharpest macro shots?
Use the manual focus slider for millimeter-precise control, then turn on Focus Lock to hold your focus distance while you recompose. Enable Focus Assist peaking to see exactly what's sharp, keep steady with the hardware shutter button, and add Soft Light for even, shadow-free lighting.
