Welcome to Macro Camera Pro (the "App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, provided by Tedy Development ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using the App and delete it from your device.

2. The Service & Hardware Requirements

Functionality: Macro Camera Pro provides manual camera controls, including focus locking, "liquid glass" UI overlays, and exposure management.

Hardware Compatibility: You acknowledge that the "Macro" functionality is dependent on your device's hardware (e.g., iPhone 13 Pro or newer). We do not guarantee macro performance on devices without native close-focus hardware.

License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial photography.

3. Free Trial and In-App Purchases

5-Day Free Trial: The App offers a one-time 5-day free trial starting from the moment of your first launch. During this period, all "Pro" features are unlocked.

One-Time Payment: After the trial period expires, access to manual controls and professional features requires a one-time In-App Purchase ("Unlock Pro").

Billing: All transactions are processed via Apple's StoreKit. We do not store your credit card information.

Refunds: Refunds are governed by Apple's App Store refund policy. We cannot manually issue refunds for App Store transactions.

4. User-Generated Content (Your Photos)

Ownership: You retain 100% ownership of all photos and videos captured using the App.

Privacy: We do not upload your photos to our servers. All image processing happens locally on your device.

No License to Us: We do not claim any license to use, host, or share your content without your explicit permission.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Use the App for any illegal purposes or to violate the privacy of others.
• Attempt to bypass the 5-day trial period through unauthorized technical means (e.g., tampering with device Keychain data).

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE BUG-FREE OR THAT PHOTOGRAPHIC RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, [YOUR COMPANY NAME] SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR DAMAGE TO HARDWARE.

8. Apple Required Terms

As this App is downloaded from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services for the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via an in-app update or a notification. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
